Subscription Terms

1. Introduction
These subscription terms ("Terms") apply to your subscription to the AI services offered by VINETALK INTERACTIVE PTE. LTD. ("we", "the Company", "our"). The services are only available through subscription, with specific details as follows.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription levels:
- Basic Plan: $59 per month
- Advanced Plan: $79 per month
- Professional Plan: $99 per month
New users can enjoy special introductory pricing.
3. Payment and Billing
- All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
- Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor.
- You authorize us to regularly charge your chosen payment method.
- All prices are in USD, additional currency conversion fees may apply.
- Applicable taxes will be added to all subscription payments according to local laws.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Online Cancellation: Log into your account, go to "Account Settings", click "Manage Subscription", and select "Cancel Subscription".
- Email Cancellation: Send an email to info@vinetalk.ai with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and provide your account information.
After cancellation:
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- You can continue using the current subscription service until the end of the current billing cycle.
- After the end of the current billing cycle, your account will be downgraded or deactivated.
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under specific circumstances:
- New User Refund: Full refund if applied within 3 days after the first payment.
- Service Disruption Refund: If the service is unavailable for 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues, a prorated refund can be requested.
- Terms Change Refund: In case of significant changes to the Terms, if you disagree with the new Terms, a prorated refund can be requested.
- Proportional Refund Calculation: Eligible prorated refunds are calculated as: monthly subscription fee × (remaining days ÷ total days in subscription period).
- Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds are provided in the following situations:
- Refund requests made more than 3 days after the initial payment
- Users violating the Terms of Service
- Service interruptions due to user-induced reasons
6. Refund Application Process
To apply for a refund for the AI services, please send an email to info@vinetalk.ai and include the following information:
- Your account email address
- Payment date
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond to you within 3 business days and process the refund within 14 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
